parseSections void parseSections(const(char)* comment): Parse next paragraph out of *pcomment. Update *pcomment to point past paragraph. Returns NULL if no more paragraphs. If paragraph ends in 'identifier:', then (*pcomment)[0 .. idlen] is the identifier.
